It’s not easy to transform your body, especially when what you are
starting off with is far away from your intended goal. Celebrities make
it look easy, however, with their constant yo-yoing weights and changing
physiques! For them, it’s as simple as hiring a personal trainer and
someone to put together a diet plan. Plus, with all that free time on
their hands, a lot of celebrities can work on their bodies in peace,
without needing to check in to a day job.
Still, that doesn’t mean that they don’t have to put in a lot of hard
work. Actually, it’s still a huge challenge to transform your body in
any meaningful way – something that all of the celebrities on this list
have achieved. Whether they are an actor beefing up for a role, a singer
slimming down to an unrecognisable shape, or just a celebrity who
decides to transform their image, all of these celebrities shocked us
hugely when they came out with their new bodies.
Take a moment to appreciate the blood, sweat, and tears that went
into these body transformations – most of which are definitely not
recommended to be tried at home. In fact, some of these celebrities have
even gone on record as saying that their methods were unhealthy and
dangerous. That’s why we are all the more impressed that they not only
managed it, but also did so in tight time constraints and with the eyes

1. Ray J – The Infamous Tape Partner
I always feel so bad that Kim Kardashian’s fame and success is always reduced to her sex tape with
Ray J.
She has become so much more than that, but it always comes back up
(like right now as I hypocritically write this out). Kim Kardashian and
Ray J made a sex tape during their long term relationship which
catapulted her into a celebrity. Kim has done so many things since then,
but I’m sure that she wants people to forget about this relationship
and the racy video footage. Sadly, I don’t think that is ever going to
happen. The tape’s existence will live on in infamy.
Thankfully, Kim Kardashian seems very happily in love when it comes
to her relationship with Kanye West. I don’t blame her for wanting to
put these past relationships behind her, but let’s face it: she’s Kim
Kardashian and that is just impossible.
2. Kris Humphries – The Second Husband
Where should I start? First off, I found it really weird that Kim
Kardashian was romantically involved with someone who had the same first
name and spelling as her mother. Beyond that, I had zero clue who
Kris Humphries was before they got together. Their relationship was pretty tough to watch.

fans really were not feeling the love between these two and Kris seemed
super arrogant in his scenes on the reality TV show. They infamously
broke up soon after they got married, but the divorce took longer to
finalize than the length of the marriage. Kim wants us all to forget
about this relationship, but we never will.
3. Reggie Bush – The Long Term Boyfriend
Anyone who has been watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians from the beginning was rooting for Kim Kardashian and
Reggie Bush to
make it as a couple for a long time. They really seemed to have a nice
relationship that was not too much in the spotlight minus the multiple
times that they broke up and got back together. They were dating at a
tough time though when Kim Kardashian’s star was just starting to rise
and her calendar was filling up so it was hard to keep the relationship
together. Before Kim got with Kanye, the fans really wanted her back
with Reggie, but obviously that’s never happening since they are both
married to other people now.
4. Nick Cannon – The Disappointed Boyfriend
Kim Kardashian and Nick Cannon had a pretty scandalous end to their romantic relationship.

sex tape with Ray J. He explained the whole ordeal during an appearance
on The
Howard Stern
Show: “This was my issue. We talked about this tape…And she told me
there was no tape. If she might have been honest with me I might have
tried to hold her down and be like “That was before me” because she is a
great girl. She’s actually one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
But the fact that she lied and told me that there was no tape?'”
Welp, that is a very awkward discussion to have with your boyfriend
and I can see why Nick Cannon would be upset about her lying to him.
5. Damon Thomas – The Secret Husband
Kim Kardashian’s marriage to music producer Damon Thomas stayed under
wraps for a surprisingly long time. They got married when she was only
nineteen years old and the two decided to elope in Las Vegas. And
obviously no one was super happy about that decision. A teenager
secretly getting married in Vegas is not something that most friends and
family blindly support, but yep, the quickie wedding did actually
happen – even though we barely heard anything about it or that
relationship. The two remained married from 2000 to 2004 which is a
pretty long time considering the specifics of the situation and the
people involved.
6. The Game – The Rapper Who Took Her To McDonald’s
There were a bunch of rumors about
The Game getting with
Khloe Kardashian,
but it turns out that Kim Kardashian is the one that the rapper
actually dated. She’s never acknowledged it (of course), but he had when
he was clearing up the Khloe romance rumors. During a radio interview,
The Game said,
“I went and dated Kim for a while. A little short while.” That’s pretty
vague, but he elaborated the most amusing details possible when he
added, “You know what it was. We went to McDonalds twice. Pulled up in a
drive thru.” I would have loved it if I saw paparazzi photos of Kim
Kardashian at a McDonalds, but anyway, The Game can be counted as one of
Kim’s rapper ex boyfriends.
7. Gabriel Aubry – The Rebound
Gabriel Aubry is best known for being
Halle Berry‘s
ex husband. Other than that, he’s a smoking hot fashion model, but I
don’t think he would have had as much celebrity status if it wasn’t for
that relationship in all honesty. In between dating Reggie Bush and Kris
Humphries,
Kim Kardashian was spotted with Gabriel Aubry.
The two of them were seen laughing it up at a Los Angeles Lakers game
and hitting up the movies to see Burlesque. This was seemed like a drive
by rebound sort of deal, but it did happen and it was probably the only
way that
Halle Berry and Kim Kardashian would ever be mentioned in the same sentence.
